We understand that plans may change. Please review the following guidelines for our policies:
Return Guidelines
Return Shipment Responsibility:
The customer is responsible for independently arranging and covering the shipping cost of the return. Canape Furniture Inc will not be held accountable for return shipments.
Timeframe for Returns:
To be eligible for a refund, the returned products must reach our warehouse within 15 days from the date of delivery or pick-up.
Condition of Returned Items:
We can only accept returned items that are in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Products with scratches, stains, damages, or any modifications will not be eligible for return.
Shipping Charges:
Please note that shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable once shipping services have been provided by the carrier.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving the returned products in good and acceptable condition, our team will initiate the refund process.
Exclusions:
Custom orders and items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Cancellation Guidelines
Cancellation Window:
You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as the order has not been set up for shipment. This policy excludes Custom Orders.
Shipment in Progress:
If the order has been prepared for shipment, the refund amount will be reduced to account for processing and handling fees. Please note that this policy does not apply to Custom Orders.
Custom Orders:
Once a Custom Order has entered the 'In Production' status, cancellation is no longer available. Costs incurred during the production process cannot be refunded.
Post-Delivery Returns:
If you have already received your order, please refer to the Return Policy above, as cancellations are not applicable at this stage.
Warranty Guidelines
Coverage Period:
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in Canape Furniture. This warranty begins from the date of delivery and is valid for 2 years for any metal or solid wood structural failures from residential, non-commercial usage. For soft parts and workmanship-related failures, the warranty lasts for 1 year.
Examples of Covered Failures:
The 1-year warranty covers failures in threading, piping, buttons, rubber components, and parts with adhesive glue. These failures must occur under residential, non-commercial usage.
